About Peter Luccarelli
Peter Luccarelli is a Partner at Brightpoint Law and the Managing Partner of Brightpoint Law's New York office. He advises Brightpoint clients on potential litigation matters and, when necessary, helps them assert or defend against claims in courts throughout the United States.
Peter is admitted to practice law in New York, California, Florida, Connecticut, and New Jersey, and is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and in United States District Courts in New York, Florida, Connecticut, and New Jersey. This allows him to advise and represent Brightpoint clients on matters pending in multiple jurisdictions.
Peter began representing clients as a litigator in 2011, and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in business transaction and breach of contract disputes, debt collection matters, product liability, property damage, negligence, and malpractice matters.
Peter received his BA in History and Political Science from Columbia University, and his JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law.
